Check-in and Check-out Procedures

• Check-in is after the designated time. Enter the provided code to unlock the door.
• Before check-in details are provided, guests must complete and sign the rental agreement once the booking is confirmed.
• This unit is located in Building 1 on the 6th floor.

Property Access and Accessibility

• All buildings at the resort feature elevators.
• The unit and common areas are wheelchair accessible. Accessibility features include path and entrance lighting, smooth pathway to front door, wide clearance to bed and shower, bedroom and bathroom wide doorways, bathroom step-free access, and common space step-free access.
• Public parking is available at the bottom of the hill.
• There is a trolley stop at the main road and at the bottom of the hill, offering rides throughout Pigeon Forge for a nominal fee of $0.50.

Policies and Rules

• The guest making the reservation must be 23 or older.
• No house parties. Family groups only. Groups that misrepresent themselves will be required to vacate immediately without refund. Deposits may be refunded, and rental refused or discontinued if the tenant is deemed detrimental to the property.
• Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies, and directly adjacent to buildings.
• No fireworks are allowed.
• No pets allowed (resort policy).
• No smoking inside the condo. Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization if smoking is detected.
• Trailers and car haulers are strictly prohibited. Contact property management for alternative arrangements.
• The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason; all monies paid will be refunded. The company is not liable for other costs incurred by the client.
• Tenant assumes all risk of damage to personal property of both landlord and tenant, including household furniture and goods during use and occupancy.
• Tenant agrees to hold landlord harmless from and indemnify landlord against such risks.
• The premises are to be used only for residential purposes; no animals; no other purpose.
• Tenant must observe and comply with all restrictions, laws, and ordinances affecting the premises or occupancy thereof.
• No use may be made of the premises or acts done that increase insurance rates or cause cancellation of any insurance policy covering the premises.

Fees and Payments

• A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card for potential damages after your stay.
• Payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
• Reservations do not include expenses and items not mentioned, including but not limited to: transportation, tips for personal services, meals, insurance, telephone calls, and other items of a personal nature.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel more than 14 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel 14 days or less before arrival, the entire (100%) rental fee will be forfeited.
• All cancellations must be made by phone at 855-44-SWEET. Online cancellations are not accepted.

Parking Information

• Each unit offers free parking for one car.
• Trailer or car hauler parking is strictly prohibited; alternative arrangements can be coordinated through property management.

Utilities and Amenities Access

• Free high-speed WiFi is provided throughout the unit.
• Amenities include cable TV, local phone service, climate control, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, dishes, glassware, pots and pans, blender, iron and ironing board, and landline.
• A washer and dryer are available in the unit; a single-use box of detergent is provided. Bring extra detergent if you plan to do more laundry.
• Sheets and towel sets are provided; they cannot be changed out during your stay.
• The fully stocked kitchen includes the above-listed basics. Specialized items such as a wok, rice steamer, or crockpot are not provided.
• Outdoor pool with a mushroom water feature is typically heated in April and May, depending on weather. The indoor pool is heated year-round.
• Resort amenities include gathering/picnic areas, outdoor grills, a quarter-mile walking trail on a five-acre green space, tetherball, volleyball court, horseshoes, two playgrounds, basketball court, and shuffleboard.

Safety and Emergency Information

• Clients using the swimming pool or other facilities do so at their own risk. Injury, damage, or loss to client property is their own responsibility.
• Smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, deadbolts, and private entrance are present.

Other Critical Details

• As a thank you for booking, each stay includes one free admission daily to select attractions (e.g., Dollywood, Hatfield & McCoy Feud and Dinner Show, The Pirate Show Dinner Show) through Xplorie. Details provided after booking. No timeshare presentations or mandatory purchases required. One ticket choice per day of stay from the activities package.
